“They're a wonderful set of properties,” David Hanson said. “A lot of hotels are just a place for people to stay when they're coming through. But they're really a community space as well.”
The founders operated Tutto Bene for 11 years. The late Tom Allen bought the restaurant in 2006, and sold it to current owners Justin Frederick and Jerusa Ricke in 2012.

The Blue Oyster’s menu will feature a combination of Thai and American dishes, including burgers, pasta and small plates. Mushrooms from Puposky Pearl will be prominent in some of the recipes.
