Bemidji Chamber Ambassadors recently congratulated Blue Ox Soda Shop on the opening of their new business at 1401 Paul Bunyan Drive NW, Bemidji.

Bemidji Chamber Ambassadors recently congratulated Blue Ox Soda Shop on the opening of their new business at 1401 Paul Bunyan Drive NW, Bemidji.

Owner Eric Cerroni and his family moved from Utah and saw an opportunity to bring a new business to the mall, officially opening in November 2024.

The shop is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays in the former Dairy Queen location next to JCPenney’s main entrance in the Paul Bunyan Mall.

The shop offers a variety of signature soda creations, a build-your-own option, and a menu featuring chicken tenders, burgers, fried pickles, fries and more.
