BEMIDJI 鈥� Harmony Natural Foods Co-op will host a tour of Merry Gardens Farm at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22.

"Known for their locally-grown, organic-certified produce, Merry Gardens believes that the foundation of happiness is vibrant health that starts with the food we eat and where it comes from," a release said.

In this hands-on tour, Jill Pederson will teach attendees how to create refreshing, alcohol-free drinks perfect for summer celebrations and beyond, the release added.

The tour is free and open to everyone. Registration is required at the customer service desk at Harmony Foods or by visiting

Participants will meet out at the farm and are responsible for their own transportation. Directions will be provided after registration.
