United Way Restaurant Week set for Oct. 9-13

Restaurants from around the community will offer specials or donate a portion of the day's sales to the United Way of Bemidji Area in this year's Restaurant Week, held Oct. 9-13.

BEMIDJI — Restaurants from around the community will offer specials or donate a portion of the day's sales to the United Way of Bemidji Area in this year's Restaurant Week, held Oct. 9-13.

During the five-day event, 17 restaurants are set to offer deals or donate partial sales to the United Way.

Here's a look at the schedule for the week:

Monday, Oct. 13:

  • The Coffee District will donate 10% of brewed coffee sales.
  • Harmony Natural Foods Co-op will donate $1 from every soup sold.
  • Big River Scoop will donate "Afternoon Break" sales.
  • Dairy Queen will donate 5% of sales.
  • Lueken’s Village Foods will donate 20% of sushi sales.
  • Ruttger's will donate 5% of food sales.
  • Lucky Dogs will donate 10% of sales.
  • Bar 209 will donate 20% of margarita sales.

Tuesday, Oct. 11:

  • The Coffee District will donate 10% of brewed coffee sales.
  • Harmony Natural Foods Co-op will donate $1 from every soup sold.
  • Big River Scoop will donate "Afternoon Break" sales.
  • Dairy Queen will donate 5% of sales.
  • Lueken’s Village Foods will donate 20% of sushi sales.
  • Ruttger's will donate 10% of food sales.
  • Fozzie’s Smokin Bar-B-Q will donate 5% of sales.
  • Wild Hare Bistro will donate 10% of sales.
  • Slim’s Bar and Grill will donate all profits from pop sales.
  • Raphael’s Bakery will donate 10% of sales.
  • Bar 209 will donate 20% of taco sales.

Wednesday, Oct. 12:

  • The Coffee District will donate 10% of brewed coffee sales.
  • Harmony Natural Foods Co-op will donate $1 from every soup sold.
  • Big River Scoop will donate "Afternoon Break" sales.
  • Dairy Queen will donate 5% of sales.
  • Lueken’s Village Foods will donate 20% of sushi sales.
  • Ruttger's will donate 10% of food sales.
  • Fozzie’s Smokin Bar-B-Q will donate 5% of sales.
  • Wild Hare Bistro will donate 10% of sales.
  • Minnesota Nice Cafe will donate 10% of sales.
  • Big Apple Bagels will donate 10% of sales.
  • Red Stu Breakfast Bar will donate 50% of pancake and coffee sales.

Thursday, Oct. 13:

  • The Coffee District will donate 10% of brewed coffee sales.
  • Harmony Natural Foods Co-op will donate $1 from every soup sold.
  • Big River Scoop will donate "Afternoon Break" sales.
  • Dairy Queen will donate 5% of sales.
  • Lueken’s Village Foods will donate 20% of sushi sales.
  • Ruttger's will donate 10% of food sales.

  • The Tavern on South Shore will donate 10% of sales.

Friday, Oct. 14:

  • The Coffee District will donate all 10% of brewed coffee sales.
  • Harmony Natural Foods Co-op will donate $1 from every soup sold.
  • Big River Scoop will donate "Afternoon Break" sales.
  • Dairy Queen will donate 5% of sales.
  • Lueken’s Village Foods will donate 20% of sushi sales.
  • Ruttger's will donate 10% of food sales.
  • Minnesota Nice Cafe will donate 10% of sales.
  • The Tavern on South Shore will donate 10% of sales.
  • TRC Bar & Grill will have a free will donation during live music by Seth Doud.
