Shared-use trail construction project along Division Street to start June 23

BEMIDJI 鈥� A joint construction project between Bemidji and Beltrami County that will construct a shared-use trail along Division Street W is set to begin on Monday, June 23.

The Beltrami County engineering department expects work to be complete by August 15, a release said.

The shared-use trail will be located on the south side of the road and will be located between Bemidji High 歪歪漫画 and the intersection of Division Street W and Jefferson Avenue.

The project will feature partial road closures and shoulder closures, but the road will remain open to traffic.

Residents are advised to use caution when traveling through the construction zone and to find an alternative route to avoid potential delays, the release said.

This is a joint project since Division Street W is also County State Aid Highway 7, managed by Beltrami County.
