ST. PAUL — State Rep. Bernie Perryman, R-St. Cloud, says that a website has been set up for residents to report suspected fraud and waste within state government.

The website is one of the ways House Republicans are trying to root out the misuse of taxpayer dollars, Perryman said in a news release.

“Minnesotans work hard for their money and the government owes it to them to make sure tax dollars are used for their intended purposes and are not stolen or otherwise misused,” Perryman said in the release. “This website is just one way we can start cleaning up this mess in our state.”

Perryman says that information submitted to the website — which redirects to — will be reviewed and sent to the proper authorities. Whistleblower identities remain protected, according to the Perryman release.
