Two adults and two children from Blackduck have been pronounced dead after a semi traveling at highway speeds hit multiple vehicles stopped in traffic in Arrowhead Township, St. Louis County.
Three officers from the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office and Virginia Police Department are on administrative leave, pending investigation for discharging weapons during the incident.
