A warrant filed in Clay County court said Isaac Arndt initially claimed he had been attacked by another man in Moorhead's Gooseberry Park before admitting to the murder of Jaelyn Walker.
Moorhead police confirmed the female's body was discovered early Tuesday, Aug. 20, by officers who were looking for her. Isaac Arndt, 18, could face a murder charge.
