BEMIDJI 鈥� Bike Bemidji will host a free "Reverse Half Loop the Lake" bike ride at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 24.
Riders will start at the South Shore Beach House and bike along the Paul Bunyan Trail to Lake Bemidji State Park and back, a total of 12 miles, a release said.

Participants should gather at 5:30 p.m. to sign waivers, with the ride starting at 6 p.m. and returning to the start by 7:30 p.m. All ages and abilities welcome.
The connector trail into the State Park is not cleared. If attendees choose to end their ride at the park instead of returning with the group, they will need to proceed north to County State Aid Highway 20 and take the regional trail along CSAH 20 to the main park entrance.
Jeremiah Johnson will lead the group. Bike Bemidji recommends that participants wear helmets.
