Cyle Cramer, of Chisago City, and Emanuel Anastos, of Tower, are challenging U.S. Rep. Pete Stauber, a Republican from Hermantown who has held the seat since 2019.
The act, introduced by Rep. Pete Stauber, would exchange 36.7 acres owned by the Bowen Lodge resort in Deer River for 17.5 acres managed by the U.S. Forest Service and the Chippewa National Forest.
Stauber will again face the DFL-nominated Schultz 鈥� a former state representative from Duluth 鈥� after the pair ran against each other in 2022 with Stauber defeating Schultz by a 57.2%-42.8% margin.
