BRAINERD – The Bemidji High ÍáÍáÂþ» boys soccer team took to the road Saturday afternoon and defeated Brainerd 4-2.
Four different players scored in the win, as the Lumberjacks improved to 6-2-1 on the season.

Isaac Stone was the first to find the back of the net, breaking the scoreless tie in the 44th minute with an assist from Lincoln Schmitt.
Preston Bernander notched the equalizer for Brainerd on a free kick at the 63rd minute, but just four minutes later, Sam Byrne booted in a goal off an assist from Stone to recapture the lead.
Schmitt added to Bemidji’s lead in the 72nd minute, kicking it past goalkeeper Odin Sjoberg to make it 3-1.
Brainerd cut into the Lumberjacks’ lead with a goal just four minutes later. However, Reed Johnson iced the game in the 79th minute to make it 4-2.
