CAMBRIDGE – To kick off a jam-packed week of high school girls tennis, Bemidji stayed unbeaten at the Cambridge-Isanti triangular.
The Lumberjacks, who moved to 8-0, pulled out 5-2 wins over Annandale and the host school, with five players going 2-0 on the day.

Lily Caron beat Allie Troolin 6-4, 6-0 at No. 3 singles against C-I before teaming up with Megan Berg at No. 1 doubles to beat Annandale’s Felicity Fischer and Claire Lampi in three sets. Berg also went 2-0, winning a No. 1 doubles match with Sam Wood against Cambridge-Isanti’s Lyla Hajek and Anya Lawman in three sets. Wood also won a No. 2 doubles match with Ruby McKeon against Annandale.
Bailey Rupp won both of her singles matches on Tuesday in straight sets. She beat C-I’s Grace Weibel 6-2, 6-0 at No. 4 singles before knocking off Annandale’s Bryn Fahey 6-2, 6-2 at No. 3 singles. Millie Knott was part of both No. 3 doubles wins, picking up a 6-2, 7-5 victory over C-I with Zoe McNallan and a 6-4, 7-5 win over Annadale with Ava Myhre.
