ROSEAU – After surrendering the first goal, the Bemidji High ÍáÍáÂþ» boys hockey team picked up a statement win over Roseau on Friday night.
The Lumberjacks beat the Rams 4-1 on the road behind a trio of third-period goals.

Taevon Welle scored in the second period to tie the game at 1-1. He also gave BHS the lead three minutes into the third. Connor Stodgell and Nate Valley assisted on his goals.
Joey Fankhanel doubled the Jacks’ (7-2) lead before Griffin Dewar made it 4-1. Austin Klint scored the lone power-play goal for the Rams (5-4-1).
Tate Metcalf made 15 saves for Bemidji, while Abram Hinson stopped 26 shots for Roseau.
