Lumberjacks bounce back with home win over Elk River

The Bemidji High ÍáÍáÂþ»­ boys basketball team got back in the win column with a win over Elk River Saturday afternoon.

BEMIDJI — Coming off of Thursday night’s overtime loss to Moorhead , the Lumberjacks earned their way back into the win column Saturday afternoon.

The Bemidji High ÍáÍáÂþ»­ boys basketball team outscored Elk River 29-23 in both halves to come away with a 58-46 win at the BHS Gymnasium.

Jaxon Boschee led the Jacks with 23 points. Austin Riewer and Jeron Huseby both notched double-digit point totals as well, finishing with 16 and 10, respectively.

Kobe Brown tallied four points, Charlie Zellmann earned three and Rhys Sneide collected two to round out the scoring for Bemidij.
