Jacks topple TRF as Boschee, Riewer, Luksik grab double-doubles

The Bemidji High ÍáÍáÂþ»­ boys basketball team’s top trio brought its A-game on Thursday in Thief River Falls. Facing off against the Prowlers, the Lumberjacks beat TRF 78-60 behind great performances from all three of Austin Riewer, Jaxon Boschee and Braden Luksik.

THIEF RIVER FALLS – The Bemidji High ÍáÍáÂþ»­ boys basketball team’s top trio brought its A-game on Thursday in Thief River Falls.

Facing off against the Prowlers, the Lumberjacks beat TRF 78-60 behind great performances from all three key players. Austin Riewer finished with 25 points and 11 rebounds, Jaxon Boschee notched 23 points and 11 rebounds, and Braden Luksik put up 19 points and 10 rebounds.

Those three combined for 67 of the Jacks’ 78 points. Owen Frazer, Kobe Brown, Sam Gish, Max Louvar and Charlie Zellmann also got on the scoresheet for Bemidji (10-11).

Caleb Rosendahl led TRF (6-13) with 23 points. Bridger Wilcox chipped in 10.
