FERGUS FALLS – Hillcrest Lutheran Academy’s 1-0 lead didn’t last long.
After Matthew Knutson scored in the seventh minute, the Bemidji High ÍáÍáÂþ» boys soccer team answered with four goals over the next 36 minutes, leading to a 4-1 win.

Isaac Stone tied the game with an assist from Reed Johnson in the 10th minute. Noah Meyer and Johnson both scored in the final five minutes before the intermission. Then Lincoln Schmitt made it 4-1 in the 43rd minute.
The Lumberjacks (6-2-2) moved to 2-0 in Lakes to Prairie Conference play this season. Kellen Heuer made three saves in the fourth consecutive win for BHS.
