ST. MICHAEL – The Bemidji High ÍáÍáÂþ» girls soccer team stumbled on the road in a Section 8-3A contest against St. Michael-Albertville.
The Lumberjacks lost 3-1, thanks to a pair of goals from Emma Kvant and a late strike from Rachel Couture.

Kvant scored in the 10th and 34th minutes before Couture added another in the 68th. Bemidji’s Kate Corradi scored her fourth goal in three games in 77th minute.
Clara Bieber made six saves for BHS (1-2-0), while Brynn Hedberg turned aside three shots on target for the Knights (2-1). All three of Bemidji’s completed games have come against Section 8-3A teams.
