BEMIDJI – The Bemidji High ÍáÍáÂþ» boys basketball team continued its winning streak on Thursday night in Elk River.
After starting the season 0-4, the Lumberjacks have now won three games in a row. Their latest triumph was a 72-60 road victory over the Elks.

BHS (3-4) did its work early, going up 35-21 at halftime. The Jacks managed their lead from there, sacrificing just two points to secure a double-digit win.
Jaxon Boschee led the way on the scoreboard with 26 points for Bemidji. Austin Riewer added 16 with nine rebounds, and Braden Luksik had 15 points while vacuuming 15 boards off the glass. Boschee added four steals defensively.
Max Spanier led Elk River (2-4) with 26 points. Owen Van Drehle and Dominic Webster reached double figures with 13 and 11 points, respectively.
