Bemidji dominates HLA, Alivia Thompson’s hat trick leads Jacks’ 11 goals

The Bemidji High ÍáÍáÂþ»­ girls soccer team got everyone into the action on Thursday. Facing Hillcrest Lutheran Academy in a road tilt, the Jacks got eight different players onto the scoresheet.

FERGUS FALLS – The Bemidji High ÍáÍáÂþ»­ girls soccer team got everyone into the action on Thursday in Fergus Falls.

Facing Hillcrest Lutheran Academy in a road tilt, the Jacks scored 11 times, as eight different players got on the scoresheet in an 11-0 romp.

Alivia Thompson led the way for the Lumberjacks, completing a hat trick within the first half. Hannah Voge was next up, scoring once in each half.

Other goalscorers for BHS included Lily Paquette, Kaia Christopher, Clara Bieber, Isabel Renn, Miika Novak and Kate Halden.

Bemidji goalkeeper Hayden Seitz was not tested at all, finishing with zero saves in the contest. HLA’s McKinlee Ballweg stopped 13 shots.
