HIBBING –The Bemidji High ÍáÍáÂþ» boys basketball team picked up its first win of the 2024-25 season Tuesday evening, defeating Hibbing 89-62.
The Lumberjacks went into halftime ahead 41-31 and more than doubled their lead in the second frame, continuing to score from beyond the arc and in the interior.

Jaxon Buschee tallied a team-high 30 points, followed closely by Austin Riewer’s 25.
Charlie Zellmann also finished with a double-digit point total, collecting 13. Hudson Pink’s six points, Jeron Huseby’s five, Jack McNallan’s three, Kaiden Fischer’s three and Max Louvar’s two rounded out the scoring for the Jacks.
