There are no surprises on top of this week's USA Hockey / The Rink Live poll as Hockey East tournament champion Boston College remained the No. 1 team.

At the bottom, Michigan Tech returned to the top-20 at No. 20, replacing Bemidji State after the Huskies defeated the Beavers in the Mason Cup championship game and earning the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. Tech was ranked as high as No. 10 the first week of the season.

The rest of the top-5 teams are Boston University, Denver, and Michigan State swapped places with now No. 5 North Dakota.

The tournament's outside the bubble teams of Colorado College (down two spots to No. 15) and St. Cloud State (remaining at 17) are two of the six ranked NCHC teams. Hockey East also has six ranked teams.
