BEMIDJI – The Bemidji State women's soccer team notched an NSIC win on the road Sunday afternoon, beating Sioux Falls 1-0 thanks to a goal from Madisen Fritel.
Fritel scored in the 25th minute, cashing in on an assist from Sydney Sutherland.

BSU goalkeeper Sonia Alfieri faced just one shot on goal throughout the game, making the loan save for a clean sheet.
On the other side of the pitch, USF’s Caroline Titze faced eight shots on frame, letting just one goal get by.
