Bemidji State cross country announces 2024 schedule

BSU's cross country team will compete in six races during the 2024 season.

BEMIDJI — Bemidji State cross country head coach Mike Lynch has announced race dates for the upcoming 2024 cross country season. The Beavers will compete in six races during the 2024 season beginning Sept. 13 in Moorhead.

The Beavers open the 2024 season in Moorhead by competing at the 5,000-meter Dragon Twilight hosted by Minnesota State at Nemzek Stadium on Sept. 13. Bemidji State then travels south to Minneapolis to compete at the 6,000-meter Roy Griak Invitational hosted by the University of Minnesota on Sept. 20.

The Beavers are then off from competition until Oct. 4 when they travel to Minot, N.D., to compete in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Preview hosted by Minot State. Just five days later, the Beavers travel to St. Cloud to compete in the Bob Waxlax Invite in Sauk Rapids to wrap up the regular season.

The NSIC Championship will be held on Oct. 26 in Minot and is followed by the NCAA Central Region Championship on Nov. 9 in Joplin, Mo.
