While the Spuds lived up to their high praise, head coach Ben Kinne hopes the Lumberjacks used Wednesday's Section 8AA title game as a precursor to a contending future.
THIEF RIVER FALLS – Moorhead hosted the Bemidji High ÍáÍáÂþ» boys hockey team on Jan. 7 in the only regular-season meeting between the two schools this season.

But most knew there would be another.

The Spuds spent most of the 2024-25 season ranked No. 1 in Let’s Play Hockey’s Class AA poll.
