A native of Stratford, Ontario, Williams discussed his early playing days, how he made his way to Bowling Green as a player, navigating the college and North American junior ranks as a coach and his return to BGSU as head coach last year. He also talked about the ever-changing landscape of college athletics and how his ties to the CHL have allowed him and his staff to create a pipeline from Canadian Major Junior hockey to the NCAA.
