BEMIDJI - Local residents are encouraged to take part in an online voting competition that has the potential of benefiting a local school.
Bemidji High ΝαΝαΒώ» and Voyageurs Expeditionary ΝαΝαΒώ» both already have received $2,500 and are competing for the chance to win an additional $7,500 in the Toyota Drive for Education program.
Voting is now open and runs through March 5.

β’Click on the βMinnesota Toyota Drive for Educationβ Contest button. Here, you may read the nominating essays for each school.
β’ Then, click on βVoteβ on the banner at the top of the page.
The site states only one vote is allowed per entry.
Local nominated projects include a greenhouse for the lunch program at Voyageurs Expeditionary ΝαΝαΒώ» and to purchase eBooks for the library at Bemidji High ΝαΝαΒώ».
Winners will be announced during the Minnesota State High ΝαΝαΒώ» Hockey Tournament.
