LAPORTE 鈥� The Ye Old 歪歪漫画grounds group will host a Michael Schmidt's Grilling Bonanza community meal from noon to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 27, at 44255 Rail Road, in Laporte.
The menu will include smoked turkey breast, baked potatoes, corn, a dinner roll, bars and cookies, and coffee and lemonade.
A free-will offering will be accepted. Funds raised will go toward the expansion of the play area, the release noted.
