Peregrine falcon researcher to present in Northome July 25

Northome City Library and ALS will host a presentation by falcon researcher Jackie Fallon and her birds at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 25, at the Northome حلحلآ‏»­, State Highway 1.

NORTHOME — Northome City Library and ALS will host a presentation by falcon researcher Jackie Fallon and her birds at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 25, at the Northome حلحلآ‏»­, State Highway 1.

Participants will learn the past, present and future of peregrine falcons in Minnesota, why they are important and what you can do to help them survive in the 21st Century, a release said.

This free family-friendly program is 45 minutes long for ages 8 to adult.

Attendees are welcome to bring a camera as they will get an up-close look at several types of raptors.
