Parks and Rec to offer outdoor preschool program

The city of Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department will offer a nature play and storytime program for preschoolers from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Mondays, June 9 to Aug. 25, at North Country Park.

BEMIDJI — The city of will offer a nature play and storytime program for preschoolers from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Mondays, June 9 to Aug. 25, at North Country Park, 1001 30th St. NW.

This nature-based playtime is geared toward children ages five and under and will be held at the new North Country Natural Playground. Attendees will enjoy a few fun stories, then have time to play, a release said.

This activity is free and participants should dress for the weather, as this program is outside.
