Parks and Rec to offer 'Kick Off to Summer' day camp June 9-13

The city of Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department is set to hold a "Kick Off to Summer" day camp June 9-13 at Jiigibiig in Diamond Point Park, 1710 Birchmont Drive NE.

BEMIDJI — The city of is set to hold a "Kick Off to Summer" day camp June 9-13 at Jiigibiig in Diamond Point Park, 1710 Birchmont Drive NE.

The camp will run from 1 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Designed for kids ages 6 to 12, the camp offers a blend of outdoor adventures, creative arts and crafts, team sports and interactive games to celebrate the start of summer, a release said.

Participants will engage in activities that promote teamwork, creativity and exploration, all while building lasting memories and friendships.

The cost is $65 per participant and scholarships are available.
