Parks and Rec to kick off nature book club June 18

The city of Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department will offer a nature book club from 6 to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays starting June 18, at the Historic Carnegie Library, 426 Bemidji Ave. N.

BEMIDJI — The city of will offer a nature book club from 6 to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays starting June 18, at the Historic Carnegie Library, 426 Bemidji Ave. N.

The group will meet to discuss "Lab Girl" by Hope Jahren. Beverages will be provided.

The cost is $5 per participant if they provide their own copy of the book or $25 if they would like Parks and Rec to order them a copy.
