Parks and Rec to host morning of mindfulness and movement

The city of Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department will offer a morning of mindfulness and movement from 9 to 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 19, at the North Country Park, 1001 30th St NW.

BEMIDJI — The city of will offer a morning of mindfulness and movement from 9 to 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 19, at the North Country Park, 1001 30th St NW.

"We’ll celebrate summer with a short walk, some yoga and a little journaling," a release said.

Attendees should wear comfy clothes and shoes, as well as bring their own water bottle and yoga mat or beach towel, as there is a limited amount of extra mats.

This activity is free for children ages 5-12 and their grown-ups.
