Annual Memorial Day service set at Greenwood Cemetery
BEMIDJI — Ralph Gracie American Legion Post No. 14 will host its annual Memorial Day service at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 27, at Greenwood Cemetery.
The program will include the presentation of the colors, a keynote address from Todd Haugen, the playing of "Taps" and more. All are welcome to attend.
Buzzle Osterdalen Church to host annual memorial service
BUZZLE TOWNSHIP — Buzzle Osterdalen Church will hold its annual memorial service at noon on Sunday, May 26.
A business meeting will follow the service, and then a potluck lunch will be served. Members, friends and neighbors are all welcome.

Cass Lake American Legion to host Memorial Day services
CASS LAKE — Cass Lake American Legion Post No. 284 invites the public to Memorial Day services in the Cass Lake area on Monday, May 27.
Services will be held at the following locations:

- 10:30 at Pine Grove Cemetery in Cass Lake, 16110 63rd Ave. NW.
- 11 at Frohn East Side Cemetery south of Bemidji, 11736 Roosevelt Rd. SE.
- 11:30 at Farris Cemetery west of Cass Lake, near the intersection of Bowman Lake Rd. and Tower Rd.
- 12 at Highway 2 Rest Area east of Cass Lake right off U.S. Highway 2.
Laporte American Legion to host 'Some Gave All' Day event
LAPORTE — The American Legion and Auxiliary of Laporte Post 462 will be honoring the service of veterans this Memorial Day with a "Some Gave All" event on Monday, May 27.
The day will start at 9 a.m. with a brief speech followed by the presentation of the colors by the Honor Guard, a rifle salute and "Taps" at Laporte Catholic Cemetery, 695 First Ave. NW.
At 10 a.m. there will be a program featuring the Honor Guard, speakers, music, bell ringing ceremony and "Taps" at the Laporte ÍáÍáÂþ», 315 Main St. W.
The Honor Guard will continue down to the Garfield Lake Landing to present a wreath in remembrance of those lost at sea. The program will conclude at the Lakeport Cemetery with a brief speech, Honor Guard, rifle salute, presentation of a wreath and "Taps."
Trinity Lutheran in Lake George to hold Memorial Day service
LAKE GEORGE — Trinity Lutheran Church in Lake George will host a special Memorial Day service at 9 a.m. on Monday, May 27, at the church, 37115 U.S. Highway 71.
The service will include displays of military uniforms and memorabilia, photos of honored veterans, and songs and hymns. Bemidji VFW Post 1260 will host military honors.
The guest speaker will be Ike Eickhoff, a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran. Eickhoff will share his story about his experience with faith and life in a warzone, a release said.

Refreshments will be served following the service. All are welcome. Veterans are encouraged to wear uniforms, military clothing and hats.
Debs, Puposky to hold Memorial Day services
PUPOSKY — The Debs Trinity Lutheran Church will host a graveside Memorial Day service at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 27, at the church, 26685 Debs Road NW.
Our Redeemer's Lutheran Church in Puposky will hold a graveside Memorial Day service at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, May 27, at the church, 214 Durand Drive NW.
Blackduck American Legion to host Memorial Day program
BLACKDUCK — The Blackduck American Legion and Auxiliary Unit 372 will commemorate Memorial Day with a program at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 27, in the Blackduck High ÍáÍáÂþ» gymnasium.
The program will include advancing of the colors, special music, speeches and a procession to the cemetery.
Bars and coffee will be served in the Blackduck High ÍáÍáÂþ» multi-purpose room following the program.
Kelliher to host Memorial Day program
KELLIHER — American Legion Post 470 will host a Memorial Day program at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 27, at Kelliher ÍáÍáÂþ».
