Four Pines Bookstore to host book signing with author Marcie Rendon

BEMIDJI — Four Pines Bookstore will host a book signing with White Earth author Marcie R. Rendon at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15, at the bookstore, 102 Third St. NW.

From the award-winning author of the Cash Blackbear series comes a compelling new novel, The book tells the story of a Native American woman who learns of the disappearance of one of her own and decides enough is enough, a release said.

Rendon is one of "O: The Oprah Magazine's" 31 Native American Authors to Read Right Now and a McKnight Distinguished Artist Award winner.
