BEMIDJI — The Bemidji Sunrise and Noon Rotary Clubs are collaborating once again for their annual rose fundraiser.
Roses can be pre-purchased from Rotarians directly. The cost is $15 per dozen and customers can choose between red or multi-colored roses.

Roses can be picked up from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 23, at Lueken's Village Foods North right inside the front entrance.
Customers are encouraged to bring their ticket stubs for easy pick-up of their order.
There's a free local delivery option for anyone who purchases 10 dozen or more for one business or family on Thursday, Sept. 22.
"We are thrilled that the staff at Lueken's Village North continues to support our fundraiser by allowing us to use their location for this important event," a release said.
Proceeds from the rose sale go to many local projects, including the interactive playground at Paul Bunyan Park and the natural playground at North Country Park, dictionaries for all third-graders in the Bemidji school district as well as outlying school districts, scholarship and youth leadership camp registrations and more, the release said.
A few extra roses may be available for on-the-spot sales. Any roses not picked up by 6 p.m. on Friday will be donated to nursing homes and care facilities, the release added.
Tickets can be purchased from any Rotarian, online at or by contacting Rose Sale coordinators Craig Clark at caclark1967@gmail.com or Lynn Eaton at eaton.lynn@mail.com.
