BEMIDJI 鈥� The Beltrami County Republican Party conducted its annual convention on Saturday, March 8, at their headquarters in the Paul Bunyan Mall.
The party elected the following officers to the Party Basic Political Organization Unit:

- Chair 鈥� Doug Henry
- Deputy Chair - Mel Milender
- Second Deputy Chair 鈥� John Hawthorne
- Secretary 鈥� Dawn Mason
- Treasurer 鈥� Dave Bahr
In addition, the party elected the following delegates and alternates to the Minnesota Republican Party State Central Committee:
- Delegates: Roger Heger and Mel Milender
- Alternates: Anna Manecke, Dawn Mason and Sam Mason
"We thank each of these members for stepping up to these leadership positions and congratulate them for being elected," a release said. "We invite Republicans and those with similar values to attend our monthly meetings at 6:30 p.m. on the second Monday of each month at our office in the Paul Bunyan Mall."
