Bemidji's Loop the Lake Festival canceled due to storm damage

BEMIDJI 鈥� Bike Bemidji's 11th annual Loop the Lake Festival, originally set for Saturday, June 21, has been canceled due to significant overnight storm damage.

According to the Bemidji Parks and Recreation Facebook page, the start of the event was initially delayed to give organizers time to assess the storm damage, and participants were encouraged to stay away from the event areas.

However, with significant damage caused by thunderstorms and extreme wind, the event has been canceled.
