A traffic stop last week in East Grand Forks has netted four suspects, two of whom face serious drug dealing charges.
Kody Blaine Fultz, 29, of Bagley, Minn., and Cameron Norman Johnson, 27, of Grand Forks appeared Monday in Polk County District Court on a first-degree felony charge of selling meth, which carries a maximum punishment of 30 years in prison.

Fultz was arrested Thursday in East Grand Forks during a traffic stop with Jamee Lee Risberg, 25, of Grand Forks, who had a warrant out for her arrest, police said in court documents. A search of the Minnesota Courts website revealed a warrant was issued in March for a probation violation related to a 2017 drug case in Polk County.
Fultz, who was driving the vehicle, was stopped on suspicion of driving with a canceled license, court document said. He also told officers he swallowed "a spoonful" of meth when he was being pulled over, according to court documents.
Officers said they found about 18 grams of meth during the vehicle search.
Fultz later told officers he, Johnson and Risberg were involved in delivering and selling drugs in the region, including East Grand Forks and Thief River Falls, according to court documents. Investigators later searched an apartment at 505 Fifth Ave. N.E., where they found Johnson and Jessica Joy Riehl, 20, of Raleigh, N.D., court documents said.
Officers found a package of meth that weighed 2.3 grams and drug paraphernalia that tested positive for meth in the apartment, court documents said.
Johnson later told police he gave Fultz meth to sell multiple times, according to court documents.
Risberg, who had not been charged in the case as of 3 p.m. Monday, was taken to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks after saying she ingested "a lot" of drugs, according to court documents.

Riehl was charged with a fifth-degree gross misdemeanor controlled substance crime.
Fultz also was charged with first-degree driving while impaired and driving while his license was canceled.
