CROMWELL, Minn. (AP) - Two people have been arrested in a Carlton County highway crash that killed a pickup driver and his passenger.

The Minnesota State Patrol says a car driven by a 26-year-old Cloquet woman crossed the center line on Highway 210 near Cromwell Monday and struck the pickup. The truck veered into oncoming traffic and sideswiped a vehicle pulling a trailer.
