Classes at Watermark Art Center canceled June 24-27

Due to weather-related storm damage, Watermark Art Center classes and workshops set for June 24-27 are canceled. The gallery walk at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, will be held as scheduled.

BEMIDJI — Due to weather-related storm damage, Watermark Art Center classes and workshops set for June 24-27 are canceled.

Waabigwan Impressions, a three-day workshop including a session at the Indigenous Environmental Network gardens at Rail River Folk ÍáÍáÂþ»­ and two days at Watermark Art Center, will be rescheduled for later this summer, if possible, a release said.

Sean Hill's writers workshop scheduled for this week at Watermark is also canceled as part of the cancellation of the Northwoods Writers Conference.

The gallery walk for "Eugene Dalzotto - An Artist's Path" will be held as planned at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, at Watermark.

The Watermark Art Center building sustained very little damage and is open this week with regular hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, at 505 Bemidji Ave N.
