Headwaters Music and Arts to continue Mini Musicians program

BEMIDJI — Headwaters Music and Arts will resume its Mini Musicians program, an eight-session class that will meet from 10 to 10:45 a.m. on Tuesdays, March 4 to April 22, at Headwaters, 519 Minnesota Ave. NW.

Led by music teacher Sarah Leach, Mini Musicians will introduce little ones to the magic of music and is designed to ignite a love for music through joyful songs, movement and interactive activities, a release said.

This class is for children ages 1 through pre-K and their guardians. Each session offers a chance for kids and their adults to explore the foundational elements of music together while trying out a variety of instruments.

The cost to attend is $150 per eight-week session for each adult/child pair and $75 for an additional child.

Each child will need to be accompanied by a parent, guardian or other special adult. Space is limited, and advance registration is required.

The deadline to register is Tuesday, Feb. 18.
