Bug-O-Nay-Ge-Shig students participate in 'I Love to Read Week'

Bug-O-Nay-Ge-Shig students celebrated reading during the national Read Across America Week, March 2-6, with a variety of classroom activities and a bookmark design competition.

Bug-O-Nay-Ge-Shig students celebrated reading during the national Read Across America Week, March 2-6, with a variety of classroom activities and a bookmark design competition.

Kindergarten through sixth-grade students competed to see who could make the best bookmark.

This year’s winners are Tala Graves, first place; Diana Kingbird, second place; and Estaban Ramiz Diaz and Malina Wind, tied for third place. The winners each received prizes and copies of their bookmarks will be available to all students.
