Bagley Senior Center to host afternoon card games this summer

BAGLEY — The Bagley Senior Center is offering whist at 1 p.m. on Tuesdays, and hand and foot Canasta at 2 p.m. on Thursdays at the center, 26 Main Ave. N.

The number of players varies each week and there is always room for more to join, a release said.

There are six rounds and each round consists of four games. Partners will rotate after each round.

The games are open to any age and experience level.

The cost is $1.50 per player. The senior center takes $1, and 50 cents goes in the pot. The top two leading scorers share the remaining small pot, the release said.

Cribbage at the center will resume on Fridays in the fall.
