25 Operation Round Up grants awarded to community organizations

A total of $41,268 and 25 grants were recently awarded to community organizations thanks to Beltrami Electric Cooperative members and the Operation Round Up program.

Operation Round Up is a charitable program unique to electric cooperatives and is designed to give cooperative members a means of working together to use their small change to make a big impact in their local communities, a release said.

To date, Beltrami Electric's Operation Round Up program has awarded grants to 593 projects totaling $731,252, added the release.
