BEMIDJI, Minn. 鈥� Sanford Health welcomes Hannah Hoven, FNP, APRN, CNP, to the dermatology department at the Sanford Bemidji 1611 Anne Street Clinic. 

Hoven is a nurse practitioner focusing on medical and surgical care for skin, hair and nails for patients of all ages. She offers a wide variety of services including:

路 Education and counseling on healthy skin care

路 Obtaining a patient鈥檚 medical history

路 Ordering, performing and interpreting lab and diagnostic tests

路 Performing dermatological procedures

路 Performing skin examinations

路 Prescribing medications

She removes skin cancers, moles, birthmarks, warts and other skin lesions using laser surgery, electro-surgery and cryosurgery. Hoven can also help diagnose and treat a variety of dermatological conditions including:

路 Eczema

路 Hair and nail abnormalities

路 Psoriasis and rashes

Hoven attended graduate school at the University of North Dakota and is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners: Family.

Hoven is originally from Bemidji. She and her husband have one daughter. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing on the lakes, exploring new places, biking, baking and spending quality time outdoors with her family.
